Hello there.
P0351 Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
P0356 Ignition Coil F Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
P0506 Idle Air Control System RPM Lower Than Expected
Here is a diagram
https://drive.google.com/file/d/12ptcUi ... sp=sharing
Please check for spark ignition coil cylinder no 1 and 6 first (get spare plug and try in lead no 1 and 6 to confirm spark or no/lack of spark.
Could be HT leads or no signal from PCM to ignition coil block due to wiring fault (as one wire is for cylinder no 1 and 6 as is wasted spark coil) or unlikely PCM faulty.
Do that first and drop post back. Forget about P0506 for now.

I believe your engine has got two ignition coil blocks, 4 cylinder each, not a pencil coil on plug, if so then each coil has got three pin connector, middle one is B+ (12 volts), side ones are switching signals (switching negative) from PCM, can be checked by automotive led probe.
Something like this:

Has to be LED probe, not a bulb probe.
So, please check for switching signal.

Ops, so sorry about it. I got confused as one diagram was showing Coils On Plugs and other one older system and of course your truck is 2004.
Do you get any symptoms like misfiring, lack of power. Please let us know.
Also how many pins are on each coil? 2,3 or 4? Diagram shows 2.
If you lift up coil little bit away from plug while engine idling do you get spark/can you hear sparking? Try good ones and bad ones too to confirm.

Hello.
P0351 and P0356 indicates cylinder no 1 and 6 ignition coil problem like coil open/short circuit or wiring harness issue or unlikely PCM, not just misfiring.
So coils has been replaced and fault is intermittent, so look like wiring harness issue. I would check wiring harness for any rubbing or damage.
